Strength & Conditioning

What is it?

These classes involve pushing and pulling using resistance including cables, bands and weights to increase muscle strength and endurance.
Building stronger muscles to better support joints, reduce your injury risk and let you do more things in your active daily living. Please see our modified classes ' Gentle Strength & Conditioning' if you have a specific injury or condition which requires modifications.
