Ergonomic Assessments

What is it?

An ergonomic assessment is an assessment of a worker at their workstation to ensure correct working posture and workstation set-up. .

What happens in a session?

Our Osteopaths have further training in ergonomic assessments and coupled with their knowledge of the musckoloskeletel system will be able to provide you with an ideal work station set up to reduce stress and strain or prevent injury.
Assessments are usually performed in your workplace and range from in depth consultations lasting 45-60 minutes and incorporating in-depth assessment and advice or can be a quick 10-15 minuete assessments with basic assessments and advice.
