PERSONAL TRAINER

Sally Coates
Certificate IV
Diploma in Fitness

Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Exercise)

Sally is a personal trainer at Keep Active Osteopathy, having joined the team in 2019.  Since qualifying in 2004, she’s had the opportunity to gain a wealth of experience, helping clients of all ages and abilities get active.

Growing up and working in health care support roles locally, she saw first-hand how exercise can transform health and quality of life at any age, which motivated her to become an instructor.

She has worked predominantly in gyms and community settings, providing personalised assessment and exercise programs and conducting a range of indoor, outdoor and water-based group fitness classes, but especially enjoys providing tailored programs for small groups or individuals.  Recognising that starting or maintaining regular exercise can be daunting, her focus is on making sessions enjoyable, safe and effective for participants.

In her spare time, you’ll probably find her walking her dog, joining another instructors’ class or relaxing with headphones in, listening to a podcast or daggy music!
