Personal Training

What is it?

Personal training is held in our clinic gym, training has a wide variability dependent on your personal aims and goals. Individual aims can be inclusive of weight loss, increasing strength and conditioning, improving functioning, increasing performance.
We have a wide variety of equipment in the gym which allows for more traditional weights based training as well as functional training and boxing.

How it runs:

Personal training is run in 10 week training blocks to the school term. Outside of these training blocks you will be able to negotiate with your trainer to continue training if desired.
We are also willing to accommodate individuals who need to discontinue training for holidays and other unforeseen reasons, this can be discussed with your trainer.
