What is it? |
Express Pilates is a faster-paced, higher intensity class which involves all the traditional elements of Pilates, whilst increasing your heart rate and whole-body strength. Exercises are completed standing, sitting, kneeling and laying on the mat and often involves the use of handheld equipment.

How it runs: |
The program runs in blocks coinciding with school terms, individuals may sign up for the whole block or attend casually (places will be prioritised to those committing to the whole term). These classes are suitable for those with experience in pilates and each session runs for 30 minutes.
