What is it? |
This class blends strength training, reformer and Mat Pilates exercises to provide a gentle and targeted return to exercise for post-partum mums. These classes allow you to bring your little one into the class or even join in. These sessions are limited to 4 participants so can be tailored to your individual needs. Participants must be a minimum of 6 weeks post-partum and have received clearance to exercise from their relevant Health Practitioner.

How it runs: |
The program runs in blocks coinciding with school terms, individuals may sign up for the whole block or attend casually. Each session runs for 45 minutes.
