What is it?
These classes involve plyometric and strengthening exercises specific to multi-directional sports athletes (think AFL, Netball, Basketball, Soccer, Hockey, Tennis etc). The benefits include an improvement of performance parameters such as power, speed and agility and a reduction in the prevalence of injury. This class is perfect for athletes looking for an introduction to strength training, those looking to progress in their sport or those who experience regular sports related injuries.
Classes are run for 11-16 year olds (Junior) and 16 years + (Senior).
