Personal Trainer FAQs

What type of training is offered?

We offer one on one personal training, small group sessions (2-4 people) and rehabilitation sessions. For more information of our personal training please see the SERVICES tab.

How long is the training session?

We normally do 30 or 45 minute sessions depending on your requirements.

What do I wear to the training session?

It is best if you wear non restrictive clothes that you can move around in easily.

What do I bring to the training session?

It is a good idea to bring a sweat towel and a drink bottle.

Do I need a Medical Clearance to undertake training sessions?

We will require you to fill out a medical screening questionnaire before commencing training at our facilities.  Should there be a need following this screen, we may ask you to gain a Medical Clearance form your General Practitioner prior to commencing any training.

Training & Rehabilitation session costs:

Training and rehabilitation session costs will be dependant on what type of class you are doing and/or whether it is an individual session or group session.
