We're sad to tell you that it's come to a time where we need to shut down to protect both our Keep Active and greater community.  

We will be closing our doors effective immediately. What this means for you.... 

IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT
  • Your practitioner will be in touch with you in the coming days
  • They will review your case and offer you any necessary advice over the phone 
  • If appropriate you will be able to continue your care and guidance via Telehealth, your practitioner will be able to explain how this process works and even better you can both consult from the safety of your own homes.
  • We will be setting recalls to all of you to touch base from time to time to make sure you're doing ok. 

IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BUT REQUIRE ONE 

Do you still need an appointment with us? Well you’re in luck!  
We’re offering the following for all NEW and EXISTING Keep Active patients.
  • Free 10 minute Consultation > your practitioner can take a very brief case history and offer you some advice, they can also discuss with you as to whether you’re suitable for a Telehealth consult.
  • 30minute Telehealth Consultation > your practitioner will take a a full case history and offer you comprehensive management strategies. We currently can’t process Medicare or Private Health Insurance Rebates so we have reduced the price compared to normal. Cost $42.
