What is it? |
This class blends strength training and Pilates exercises to provide a gentle and targeted return to exercise for post-partum mums. These classes allow you to bring your little one into the class or even join in. These sessions are limited to 4 participants so can be tailored to your individual needs. Participants must be a minimum of 6 weeks post-partum and have received clearance to exercise from their relevant Health Practitioner.

How it runs: |
The program runs in blocks coinciding with school terms, individuals may sign up for the whole block or attend casually (places will be prioritised to those committing to the whole term). These classes are suitable for beginners to advanced and each session runs for 45 minutes.
