Tara Watts

Tara graduated in 2017 from RMIT University with a double Bachelor degree of Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy), she joined the Keep Active team in 2026 having spent the last nine years practicing in the Goulburn Valley. Tara will split her time between our clinic and her own Practice in Seymour. 
Tara has had an interest in the Health industry since High School influenced by her mother working with Ambulance Victoria, she formed her pathway to Osteopathy when seeking treatment for herself in the final years of her study. 
She enjoys treating people with all types of musculoskeletal concerns but takes a keen interest in the care of women including Pre and Postpartum care, as well as treatment of stress and tension related concerns. 
Outside of work you’ll mostly see Tara enjoying time with her partner Conor and dog Willow, on a waterski in the summer or in the Gym/Pilates followed up by coffee catch ups with her friends in the winter.
