What is it?
Strength Pilates combines elements of Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Strength & Conditioning classes. This class integrates the use of reformer machines, dumbbells, cables and resistance bands to focus on the development of strength and mobility.
This class incorporates a range of different movement patterns and postures to combine traditional resistance training with the principles of Pilates.
Pilates experience is recommended but not required.
