What is it? |
Strength Pilates combines elements of Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Strength & Conditioning classes. This class integrates the use of reformer machines, dumbells, cables and resistance bands to focus on the development of strength, mobility and . This class integrates a range of different movement patterns and postures to combine traditional resistance training with the principles of Pilates. Pilates experience is recommended but not required.

How it runs: |
The program runs in blocks coinciding with school terms, individuals may sign up for the whole block or attend casually (places will be prioritised to those committing to the whole term). These classes are suitable for those with experience in pilates and each session runs for 45 minutes.
