ICE Cardio Group Training

What is it?

ICE stands for intense cardiovascular exercise the aim in this class is for you to move as much of your body around as possible.
 
There are many benefits of this type of exercise inclusive of improvement in mitochondrial functioning (these are your cells that create energy), and an increase in both carbohydrate and fat metabolism. On top of this strength and conditioning training is proven to reduce pain and increase general functioning.


How it runs:

The program runs in 10 week blocks to the school term, individuals must sign up for the block. Each session runs for 30minutes duration. Individuals may sign up for 1-3x sessions depending on their individual goals and fitness level.

Cost:

Training classes run for 30 minutes and the exercises within classes are variable to suit most fitness levels from the beginner to the super fit.  There is a maximum of 6 participants in each class.

Monday 5.30pm
Tuesday 6.15am - males only class
Wednesday 6.15am
Friday 6.15am, 6.45am and 7.30am

accepted as payment upon a GP referral.
